like, are you kidding? My 4 year old woke up crying because she was so cold and we all had to huddle together under every blanket we have.

So instead of getting off the train at Providence and getting a rental car, they were forced to stay on the train and have now been trapped for 5 hours. Just the kind of quality service we've come to expect from @amtrak.com

You announced the delay while the train was in the Providence station but then decided to move the train to a different station without telling anyone.
