The BC government has just posted updates to the regulations for health professions to align with the incoming Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA): www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/...

The CCHPBC anticipates the regulations will be in effect when BC brings the HPOA into force on April 1, 2026.
