10 years ago, I was attending my first U2 concert 😍

An amazing experience for the most part.

Apart from collapsing from dehydration near the end (the O2 Arena stewards were not handing out water 😬 ).

But that aside, it was fantastic. And this photo shows how close I was to the front.

As a career-long Alonso fan, it was amazing to be able to visit Oviedo in 2019, including his museum.

I'll have to go back at some point as they've added even more cars since then.

While I was there, I also found the street that has been named after him.
A photograph of a Spanish street sign from the city of Oviedo. It is a rectangular metal plaque on a black/dark grey wall. It has the crest of the city of Oviedo next to text in what looks like pale gold-colour lettering. The lettering reads: "Calle Fernando Alonso Diaz". Across the bottom of the plaque, in smaller letters, there is some explanatory text also in Spanish: "(Piloto) Campeon Mundial Formula 1" - "Driver, Formula 1 World Champion". This explains who Fernando Alonso is and why he has been honoured with a street named after him in his home city.
