So frustrating! They argue that administrative service should be more efficient while piling on unnecessary labour in the form of repeated selection committees year after year.

Agreed! The Board is very likely showing the roadmap of how they plan to navigate future negotiations with DFA and the other employee group unions. Union busting tactics should not be permitted to go unchallenged!
