Absolutely love the authenticity and honesty in this interview with Tatcha's founder Vicky Tsai.

I wasn't previously familiar with the brand, will definitely be buying from them now.

Well there goes my cheap hobby
Knitters, crocheters and other yarn enthusiasts are feeling the ripple effects of President Trump’s repeal of a tax exemption for low-value imports.

Crafters face higher prices, delivery delays and supply issues.
Knitters snagged by tariffs, as yarn brands pause shipments to U.S.
At least a half dozen European brands suspended deliveries after the de minimis exemption ended, leaving crafters to contend with higher prices and supply issues.

Been pretty MIA on social the last 6 months as I welcomed my new daughter Brynn into the world. Loved the time home with her, but back in the saddle at work today and excited to get back into the swing of all things commerce!

What'd I miss? 😜

New fear unlocked: opened a package today to be greeted by a spider crawling out of it. That’s a big nope for me.

One of the good/bad things about maternity leave is the endless amount of TV time during contact naps.

I feel like I’ve watched all the new shows so have been going back and reconnecting with shows from my youth. Currently deep in One Tree Hill reruns, and man, it gives me high school nostalgia!

This is the kind of feel-good news I need right now. Love this show, and love seeing these sibling bonds
"Love on the Spectrum" has built a loyal following with its heartfelt look at dating on the autism spectrum. While the focus is often on romantic relationships, the series also highlights the powerful sibling bonds behind the scenes — many of which have earned fan followings of their own.

We asked Ben, Anna, Jack, and Midge to talk all things "Love on the Spectrum" and growing up with Abbey, Connor, and Tanner.

Tomorrow is my last day working before I head out on maternity leave. And while I know I will be spending the next few months keeping a small human alive, I'm hoping I can use some of the time to do some professional development.

Specifically wanting to learn more about AI use in comms. Any recs?

As a parent in Texas this is terrifying.
A school-aged child has died in Lubbock from measles, the first death reported in an ongoing outbreak that has infected more than 120 people in West Texas since January, Texas Department of State Health Services confirmed on Wednesday.

From @texastribune.org:
A child is the first to die in Texas measles outbreak
More than 120 people across nine counties have been infected during the largest Texas outbreak in 30 years.

I truly have no words for this behavior. It goes beyond any "campaign promise" to literally mocking and making light of the treatment of actual human beings.

America is broken. And I am disgusted by anyone who brushes this off as "OK" or "just a joke"

If any former president had done JUST ONE of these things, it'd dominate news cycles and we'd be calling for their heads.

Yet, I had to reduce my zoom to 70% to see the list of THE MOST problematic things trump has done in the last 2 weeks, and media, dems, and citizens are dangerously quiet. WHY
