I love that I've found the world of open source so I can use older equipment that even when new is available at lower cost because it doesn't work on Windows 11. This has saved me a ton of money and it works as good if not better. I love the Linux operating systems especially the Cinnamon desktop.

Every member of Congress broke their oath of office today by ignoring the 14th Amendment Section III disqualification of an insurrectionist provisions. They should have had a vote to remove that disqualification at the very least.

I don't think that is the issue at all. Personally, I'm more disappointed in the fact that we elected an insurrectionist and nobody seems willing to follow the Constitution to the letter and call for a vote in Congress to at least try to remove the disqualification.

Agreed, my life experiences have put me on the left of center politically. I love the socialized medical care I've been getting without any out of pocket expense from the VA since the for-profit employment linked health insurance system left me broke and without medical care when needed the most.

Yep, healthcare, education and infrastructure spending is great public investments which produce far more economic and social benefits to societies than they initially cost. Trumpers can't understand that government can make good investments with great ROI's too.

I get paid by the federal government through direct payment to my checking account just like I get my Social Security benefits. My medical bills get paid directly to the providers by the federal government. I pay no premiums, deductibles or copays at all. I love my socialized medical benefit.
