I currently have a delightful 13yo GlenAllachie on my shelf, finished in Madeira casks. Goes amazingly well with dark chocolate.

Don't worry about them. Just tell everyone that these are "Chnöpfli", the Swiss subvariant of Spätzle. Same thing, but usually a bit smaller ;)
