Stock market not taking tariffs on Rx drugs into account. 60% of FDA-registered drug manufacturing facilities are located outside the US; 40-50% of finished generic drugs consumed in the U.S. are imported; and 80% of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients used in US medications are manufactured abroad.
