I mean, replicating the results from a bog-standard 2000’s era molecular biology paper from the “materials and methods” section, from scratch without any cultural background or propaedeutics, would probably take a decade of re-skilling.

Strongly concur that rates are the lever that moves this chart, at least for smaller/startup tech. I would argue that SVB was just a downstream effect, not a cause, and that AI investment has likely *mitigated*, not caused, much of the recent dip.

For residential it is absolutely NEC (code) required that basically anything in a kitchen has GFCI. It’s nuts not to have that in a bar. They’re like $20 now and you really only need one at the first outlet in a chain.
