I fractured two vertebrae & that has kept me from surfing both big & small waves. So now, four days a week, the workers leave the pool cover off at 9pm and I swim a 4,000 yard workout. I love the sky is jet black, air temp is 40s, i crank up punk rock on a speaker, & swim hard for 70 min. Heaven

My rehab includes pool work & today I swam a 4000 workout in 1:13 with 1000 kick & 1000 pull w/o paddles. Sky is jet black night, air temp low, and steam coming off the H2O. Just me & my thoughts
