I’m concerned that your reading of Sec. 253 is optimistically narrow. I could see the administration arguing that mere protestors “oppose or obstruct” ICE’s execution of immigration laws. (And that the state has failed to act.) Why is that wrong?

It's not my field, so I'm likely wrong. But I can't understand how the conclusion from data like this isn't "although there are generational differences, in every generation education has a significant liberalizing effect/correlation." What am I misunderstanding?
