Could be anything, but that's plausible.

The government's discovery responses were totally inadequate, but the government did say their position had changed since reading the Fourth Circuit opinion from Judge Wilkinson.

Quinn Emmanuel pulled some punches, which I understand strategically, but as a normal citizen and lawyer I keep wandering around screaming basically this in my head, though less artfully. Maybe it'll get bounced for some reason or another, but I feel better having read your work, thank you.

Go you! Nicely done!

The capitalization of Farmer is a bit of a tell in the weird social media post, though it's not like him and the Musk family are hiding it.

I have mixed feelings about Winston Churchill, but at least he wasn't into appeasement or Boers.

Sigh. We ♥️Boers is official US policy now.

Or whatever we call Trump social media posts and/or executive orders.

If they've been killed in an El Salvadorian prison they were probably innocent, and oops. If they are still alive they are witches and/or TdA.

Because I am forthcoming with facts (unlike the DOJ attorneys litigating this case), I note this small print from one page of the exhibit.

But I think it's fair to say that "Chicago Bulls attire" is related to many cultures, notably, Chicago.

And it seems like MJ tattoos are still verboten.

Here's a link to one of the affidavits: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

And here's a picture of one of the tattoos the government says supports categorizing an asylum seeker as an Alien Enemy. Dear Chicago, I miss you even in March, and this is BS.

I'm reading the affidavits filed by @aclu.org and @democracyforward.org in support of asylum seekers our government sent to rot in prison in El Salvador.

Lots to be angry about, but as a Chicago native, this especially pisses me off.

25-cv-916 (DDC): Jenner v. Lawless executive order.
25-cv-917 (DDC): WilmerHale v. Lawless executive order.

Nice to see big law stepping up.

Thank you for your service federal court staff, clerks, and judges. This will not be a quiet spring break.

Good good good. I've been praying the AO would do some serious work to hold the line for Article III.

No eruption yet, but lots of aurora tonight!
