Strange dream time. Had a paper full of mysterious clues in a strange theme park with a LOT of unique people who each held the answer for one clue. Eventually solved all only to find out - "none of these answers will help solve the puzzle."

Now I have to figure out what the actual puzzle is? 😵🥺😲

I wish I enjoyed New Year's the way other people can... but it's just just a hollow echo of the empty space in my arms for yet another year.

This week is sort of like the "taint" of the annual calendar.

It's about time to post one of my brief forays into the visual arts; I long ago realized I paint better pictures with words, but this doesn't suck much. Uh, I mean, Happy Holidays?

Once upon a time, Star Wars fans actually *loved* Star Wars. We even offered what measly Geek Knowledge we could to authors. These are the two novels where I got a mention in the acknowledgements (and had the character Arly Bron named after me). @mikebeidler.bsky.social knows what I'm talking about.

So is this where all the cool people from X went? Uh oh, hope they allow *me* to stay!

Since I'm just starting here, may as well throw this up (so to speak) and pretend I've got some street cred. If I was a better writer, maybe I wouldn't have used "throw up" in such a cavalier fashion.
