I don't think there's ANY way this Supreme Court will side with minorities needing representation but their inevitable decision to over turn the fed court will piss off fair minded Americans even more. Yet another clarion call.

Yes. It's a matter of proper process and I'm hearing the First Circuit just needs to finalize the opinion it has already expressed.
