Most everyday Republicans support trump. But, they don't see Democrats as a threat to the American idea. Many Democrats can't say the same about those who still support trump.

There were more people who did want the war than didn't. I didn't. I still think Bush should be charged for war crimes. Most Americans were still reeling from 9/11 and saw an enemy they could defeat. All they wanted to do was get up off the mat.
