Salary sacrifice is a slightly weird policy that benefits people more the higher their tax bracket, so it's not at all progressive, but it does at least have the benefits of being extremely simple and effectively targeting things you want more of.

Something I think is true but cannot prove is that larger monitors have led to more cluttered user interfaces.
