I've been gravitating towards Spline lately. It's a bit of a learning curve, but it seems like a good option.
I've also been using Godot. Only issue is, exporting stuff from there has been a hassle...

Thanks heaps - I have Godot installed and have played around with it as I design for an indie game dev studio, good to know I can use it for motion graphics too!
