How many EDs out there putting PREOXI trial in to practice by using a BVM with a peep valve + nc for preoxygenation rather than the bipap machine for logistics reasons? anyone just hooking a bipap mask up to a BVM? I love that idea

In addition to the usual proposals — work requirements, spending caps — the House Budget Committee Chair explicitly names more frequent eligibility redeterminations in Medicaid, processes that screen out both ineligible and eligible people from the program.
Republicans are looking at cutting Medicaid and nutrition assistance as a way to partially offset the cost of tax cuts that disproportionately help the rich.
