Battery tech is improving all the time so longer term it might be the better solution. Depends what's required to set up a battery farm versus a pumped water system.

Without doing more research it's hard to say for sure. If there's no impact to the local environment & is making use of what's already there then I don't see why it shouldn't go ahead. It's a beautiful part of the world & I always pop back for a visit whenever I'm home.

As someone who has been living overseas for the past 16+ years I can't argue with this. I would have loved to be home for the key votes such as those that resulted in much needed changes to the constitution but at least I get to contribute to change in my new home 🇮🇪🇦🇺
