Good question - I've had the same problem.
There are sleeves that run vertically and will fit 6 frames. Better, but not perfect because then I have the problem of occasionally getting more than 36 frames out of a roll. Usually I just take a smaller clip and double them up in a sleeve.

Yes, I think it's up to 4, no cropping required. There's a new app in development that is supposed to work more like IG but based on the BlueSky platform called Flashes.
