I finally found the sharp object in my bed I first felt a couple months back. I can't believe this. :(
Good thing I'm current with my tetanus shot. I'm still a bit mad and disappointed.

I went to see my orthopedist after a long while for this one. Glad he remembers me as the plantar fasciitis guy.
He ordered an x-ray for my left wrist and shoulder.
Another cortisone shot it is.
I should set up a crowdfunding page for my ortho visits. This is getting costly.

Day 7: A week after

- still some vision problems and pain

I am currently about to start Chapter 12, then review it. It's a good book exploring the personal journey of Australian GP Dr. Adam Smith through Filipino health scams and the reasons people fall for it, or get it.

It looked so majestic inside the National Museum of Natural History. The humble tamaraw, an endemic buffalo of the Philippines. Critically endangered, numbering from 300-400. Poaching and deforestation are major threats to its survival.
