It is also amusing to me to contrast this with the invoice, which lists the tests she refused to allow as simply "DECLINED"* as if she gently but firmly told them "no, thank you."
*yes, I'm aware this is standard billing language; I'm still amused.

Anyway, she usually lets people do procedures on her as long as I'm there; unfortunately ultrasound days are also the days I'm on campus teaching, so I had to drop her off.
