Retired psychiatrist, celiac, and murderer of several Romance languages, including the official one here in Canada.
White coats are for the lab and not the clinic, except when needed to prevent contamination and infection transmission. IMHO the white coat ceremony is a symbol of elitism.

The first time I wore a white coat as a med student in the hospital I was mistaken for the flower delivery guy. Good lesson.

I am the household GF bread baker and my wife bakes sweet things. After over 30 years of pie making, we are convinced that this is the bomb. theloopywhisk.com/2021/08/22/e...

As a diagnosed celiac for over 30 years, I would advise folks to never give up gluten-containing foods unless they absolutely had to do so. We've become very good grocery shoppers and bakers, but life without gluten is still challenging and expensive!

Europe has some great small cars that are very easy on gas. Not a FIAT Panda fan, but I really like the SEAT Ibiza. And SEAT is a division of VW, I think. No more suburban assault vehicles!

Thank you for highlighting this. It is genuinely chilling & demonstrates how pervasive the denial of children's reality of complications with COVID was/is at the highest levels of influence.

Appalling

Doug is an old school Conservative. No real ideology or culture wars, just hoovers up dollars from business "donors" and then generously repays them with our tax dollars.

Mike Harris privatized homecare and long term care. Now chair of Chartwell Retirement Residences. Grift, the old fashioned way.

Maybe that is the point.
