Summary of my complaint to DHSS for a HIPAA violation:
I receive an Applied Tax Credit for my health insurance premium. The US Treasury has this info because they issue my tax refunds. The Treasury Department exposed their entire database to Elon Musk. I did not consent to this release of my PHI.

I've spent a lifetime in social services. Over time, I've been bombarded with HIPAA law. How can Treasury not be held accountable for releasing this?? Why is Musk not held accountable for sharing this information with his minions?? I don't think this is rocket science.

So... sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm old and I'm ignorant about social media. What do I do when someone follows me out of the blue who has 11K+ followers? Pat myself on the back or try to get their attention? I'm thinking move my ass along, but my personal clock is ticking!

Hello, I'm a boomer. Admittedly, I don't know what I'm doing here because I never liked Twitter, so I never learned how to do sh*t. Anyway, if I'm following you, I like what you have to say. Pat yourself on the back. My approval means nothing, but maybe what you have to say is life changing to me.
