I’m very much in my feelings folks. So today I’m rounding on a very sweet older lady whose dementia is pretty bad. She looks at me and says ‘this guy is really nice, he’s so nice to me’
Guy, is her husband of 58 years that she can’t remember. He’s here every day and I’m a puddle on the floor.

So, let me get this right. A disgraced charlatan as head of Medicaid and Medicare ? Noted.
