What's the point of them hiring creatives at all then?

I don’t understand why they want to outsource the creative part, the part creatives are best at, but still have the creatives at all. If you have them USE THEM. Just using them as slop cleanup artists is degrading, if you want to use slop, if you think that’s fine, why use artists to hide it?

What's even funnier is that if you applied the same philosophy to, say, a beginner streamer, they'd go "I'm bad at streaming and afraid of some viewers judging me so I'll buy bots to watch and follow me"
