I see people doing the 'art at beginning of covid to now' posts, and I feel like I want to do that! HOWEVER, when covid started, I hadn't started 3d art yet. I downloaded blender in May of 2020 and managed to continue it. Might as well post some of my stuff!

This started out as a fun way to experiment and practice with action poses, but then I tried to make it a bit more 'actiony' and I floundered for a bit with the special effects. I'm going to call this one done and I thought it was okay enough to share!

Heeeyyyy, I've been distracting myself with more blender! I have a few things I'm trying to work on at once for the first time and I think it's a good way to keep myself busy. Wanted a break from both things so I whipped this up real quick.
Five anthros, all with the same color scheme of black/dark grey, red, and yellow, pose together in a group. There is a snake in the middle, a shortstack deer in the front/bottom, another deer ont he right, a canine on the left, and a cow in the back/top. The shortstack deer and Snake are holding large weapons. The cow and canine are reacting with surprise. The other deer is amused by the cow and canine's reactions. The snake is me in the sense that I LOVE Halberds a lot. The shortstack deer has a big sword because in VR I like having a big sword to contrast with the small deer. The sword in the picture is the one I have in VR. The deer on the right I've used as a reference for a Pathfinder character, so they're not bothered by weapons at all. The cow and canine I haven't really used in any sense with weapons, they've mostly been for lewd stuff, so I thought it would be funny to have them be completely caught off guard by it.

As a Kobold Myomancer, just existing in the cities getting more difficult. Structures are not made for Myomancer strength, even something simple as pushing a door open can cause havoc!

I found a fun blender tutorial to try and keep my interest in blender high. I think it looked real neat, so I made it my desktop background!
