Depends on the game, but sometimes adjusting FOV or playing in windowed mode can help. Sometimes there's options like disabling view bobbing or getting rid of motion blur that can help it too

Yeahhh the buggy crystals that can't be broken is a bug that just started today as far as I can tell. When I did it throughout the past week it wasn't like that, so hopefully it gets fixed.
