Be sure to list all your symptoms (write down ahead of time so you don't glitch like I do lol). The big ones are overly flexible joints, stretchy skin, and fragile skin (bruise/cut easily and very slow to heal). There's no specific treatment, but you can ask for physio and joint support braces.

EDS is diagnosed by a rheumatologist, so ask your primary for that referral. Unfortunately the only variety of EDS that most rheumatologists deem "important" involves genetic testing, which is usually not covered in the US (even though it affects the heart).
