Its sad how one country's ideas and values is spread across the globe. If Thanksgiving was based on fact instead of false narratives to establish a holiday. I believe the idea behind the US's Thanksgiving Day is a very good one, but the honesty factor is very low. Still its good to be Thankful.

PSS........Because you are worth it. Even if only for yourself, it is enough. Its a new way of thinking.....to be happy on our own. Any hopefully......just when we think we can't go on any further...maybe we find a community that really understands. Don't give up.......give in....to loving you.

PS.....I'm 55, my three children do not speak to me, I had to block my bio family because they still live in the cult I broke free from, like you....am dealing with the effects of a brain that is a bigger mess than hurricane Katrina. But I would stop and give anything I could to help you....

Wow.....so many thoughts come to this. I know these words seem like just another response.........but you're not alone. I say this to you as I sit alone in the spare bedroom of my house on this Thanksgiving Day, while my husband is downstairs eating dinner with people who have no respect for me.

He does not have BPD. BPD is built off trauma and there is not an ounce of greed in their hearts. Trumps sole desire is power and money. NPD yes. BPD no.

There is some great things coming from Emotions Matter and online community is a priority. But I’m happy to support you space.

I know hearing “you’re not alone” can be lame but there are people out there and we’re trying to build a community. Come join us. We’re all living it together so you don’t have to do it alone.

It’s our own lived experiences. We are all different people with something in common. We have to come together and build community.

Living with BPD isn’t easy for us. It’s not the condition people think it is. We have suffered from extensive trauma and emotions are always changing on us. If you can, just remember they don’t want to be that way. There doing the best they can. Thanks for understanding.
