ok. well. i done and did it. kingdom hearts. yeah. and also digimon cyber sleuth for some reason bc I’m curious about digimon but that’s not important. anyway I feel kind of bad that my backlog has been growing, and I also feel bad for spending money lol 🗿

$50 for the bundle still kinda hurts, but it’s probably the best price it’s gonna be for the foreseeable future, so. guess it’s gonna have to be fine. and it’s still better than the price of a single switch 2 game lol

I’ve had trouble getting through sketchbooks before because I wanted to have the best most productive art ever on every page. so it’s nice to instead just be like nah, this is my Dumb Flaws Book For Playing Toys where my drawings might suck and them sucking makes them good, lol who care

yeah I super get it, i only played the first half(??) of 1 a few years back and even I was like uhhh,, this loud guy feels wrong in this game, who’s this for exactly lol 🗿 but hey the actual gameplay looked promising tho (as far as I could tell), so I’m still hopeful too

most of my Metroid familiarity comes from seeing my sibling play the Prime trilogy as a kid, and then later I started but forgot to finish Prime 1, so. not that I’d know lol. but yea. when the guy said “is everything here trying to kill us?!??” I was like. yes bro. what game do you think this is 🗿

watched a bit of the gameplay. guy wasn’t as unbearable as I thought, but he’s not great, 80% of his dialogue is pointless lol. I still think there’s hope, but I get why people are upset. it’s worrying to have the 1st impression be smth so antithetical/disruptive to the series’ appeal/tone (?)

Ah I haven’t been keeping up with the trailers at all so I wouldn’t know haha, but yeah I hope so, because I wasn’t looking forward to my sibling ranting about it to me whenever he gets the game LOL
