The gist of this is that the large majority of RE companies/brokerages/teams outsource their tech to 3rd party providers who historically are not enthusiastic about 2-way data sharing. Co's need to change the narrative: we will share our data w/ you as long as your product works as advertised.

Gotta say I agree with the ranking of Frontwards, but overall, missing a true gem: Give It A Day.

I read that this morning. Really thought provoking for me as well. Seems like he was eyes wide open in making the decision. And also could “see” decline on the horizon. My mom is currently in the “pleasantly confused” state of dementia. I fear the not pleasantly phase immensely.
