I’ve heard that the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) contract has been cancelled as of Wednesday, at least in VHA.

Exactly the same thing I questioned after the initial “are you f’in kidding me” reaction.

Everyone on leave, compressed, scheduled off… are you going to pay OT for them to come in and draft a ridiculous email.

Good to know, since I just checked again. Nada.

Certainly can take a while. Still waiting after two hours.

Had to download individual files. The “print status” choice is still pending almost two hours later.
