Just remember. You have to live somewhere. You’re either paying for your Mortgage….or someone else’s (rent).

If you can. You should buy. You are either paying your mortgage….or someone else’s (Rent). Buyers have the power of controlling their outlay as Mortgages don’t rise like Rental rates.

I will give you three reasons why.
1) Lending standards are really strict now. No more “no doc” loans.2) People have an all time equity in their homes. They are not walking away. They will sell instead.3) There is a shortage of homes now unlike 2009. Supply and demand.
