There's no way to 25A this guy. It requires a majority of the Cabinet to sign off, and he's loaded the Cabinet with loyalists. It's a great idea, but it's a fantasy.

Extremely annoying. He has no real capacity to fulfil the duties of that office, and Project 2025 will truly harm all of us. But she would be the direct beneficiary of ordering a recount, so I admit it would look bad for her to do it

I read that there is evidence of cheating, and that it would be revealed by a hand recount, but the VP has to order it before it will happen. And she's obviously not doing that, for reasons unknown.
