There are days I BEG God to let me insert some sort of plug into my skull and let my imagination paint everything it has ever dreamt to make onto my computer.

But the truth is: those CAN be created with time, patience, and practiced skill with my own human effort behind them.

Unnus Annus was a wonderful experience. Whether you still look at the mounts of clips and archived videos in remembrance or you simply live off of the memory of what was, I hope we can all agree that it changed our lives.

Not only in the way I see the creative process, but for how I see death as a whole. It's crazy to think that an on the spot thought experiment and shit post of a channel got me through covid when I needed support. The daily upload kept me going and it's death only strengthened my resolve to create.

I never thought I'd be sitting here, giddy as hell, just remembering my rush to catch up and my acceptance of the channel's death as I watched the final live stream. I still am regretful I wasn't able to get the merch because everyone who contributed to that channel changed my life.

Alright I've had time to think and now my thoughts:

I'm so happy they genuinely did a stream for the 5 year deathaversary. I was not only a nice way for Ethan, Amy, and Mark to play catch up. It also gave some insight to their mindset when it came to Unnus Annus as a whole that I wasn't expecting.
