I wish he had been in a bathrobe or something. Like fully in the depression funk, and then stepped outside one morning in his bathrobe with tea when the mindflayers snatched him up.

The original Little Mermaid book is public domain, so I technically could always write my own based off the themes of the book only!

This is helpful, thank you! My advisor for Arts Admin said I should work in the industry a few years before going grad, but all my friends are applying and getting in which heightens the anxiety. I think I need a year out of school, but maybe I’ll apply and see if I get scholarships? We will see!
