I am not alone, then, in having found fast food chains unsavoury. It really loses its appeal before the third morsel. It may be because I cook my own meals - and so can discern the slightest traces of carelessness in a meal's demiurgic - but I find home-cooked fries or pizzas marginally better.

I second that, myself! It is an excellent maladaptive, and would have been for me, too, had not a childhood friend's demise been caused by a boulder from a landslide. Those of us with gardens, even pocket-handkerchief ones, have a safer recourse, I concede, to find relief from the world's events.

I occasionally find critiquing their lack of axiologies behind their cosa mentale while taking preferment of their reading material very revolting, in every polysemy of the term. 😄
