Crohn’s disease + not being able to flush = shitty time, quite literally.

I’m atm obscenely sleep deprived thanks to painsomnia & having to go low dose with the meds since I’m a broke boy, no Pokimane cookies for me this winter solstice I guess 🤷‍♀️
