I followed the instructions my little kit came with, do you need a pic? I used bagged angelhair coleslaw for the cabbage to make it easier and next time I would make sure to have bonito flakes, tempura crispies and aonori for toppings (+ make sure you have the sauce)

It’s so good!! 😭 we had it recently when visiting NYC and I have been craving it since then! Have you had takoyaki before? It’s like… 80% similar
