That's exactly it. Creation is a process.
If I go out and buy a song, a movie, a picture, (etc) I haven't created anything. Any more than if I buy a car I haven't built it or designed it.
Even assembling a jigsaw puzzle has more of a creation process than getting AI to copy someone else's work.

I genuinely don't know how our USA friends haven't worked out that they need to apply a consequence for the illegal f$ckery if they want it to stop.
We keep hearing about all these rulings and deadlines...which Trump ignores because there's no consequence when he doesn't comply.

My hunch was they told Harris to keep put of the spotlight as VP to avoid people saying “Dump Biden and let Harris take over” before the election…then she had no time to make up for 4 years as an apparent do-nothing VP.
