Hey did you know you can spin the wool meant for needle felting that they have at craft stores? Well, you CAN do it, but I wouldn't recommend it 😂

To get them to physically line up what I ended up doing is a bit of a zigzag pattern with the days chronologically. Each row is actually a strip 4 wide where each day is two rows. I attached the strips as I went by slip stitching into the previous strip at the end of rows if that makes any sense lol

Finished my year-long symptom tapestry! It's really interesting looking at it and seeing where each life event shows up. (green is good day, purple is bad pain, blue is bad brain, grey is sick, and coral is flare)
