For the first time in two years, we finally got some really good snow! Went out for some fresh air with fresh snowflakes - exactly what I needed for my mental health.

It was so nice to connect with the community today! Everyone was cheerful, present, supportive, and learning new outdoor skills - especially in the wintertime. This is exactly what we need to build a community that provides a strong support system and meaningful connections, no matter what happens.

I feel like I’m overthinking and over worrying about everything political happening this week. I really hope it’s just me overthinking and not the actual reality…

Feeling numb. So much has changed so fast in the political scene. I should be scared (maybe I am a little), but I don’t know what the future holds - for me or my community.

There’s no universal definition of “wrong” or “right.” For example, eating insects is normal in some cultures but unthinkable in others. How can we define perspectives without labeling others as “wrong” or “right”?

There are over 8 billion people in the world. Why are you surprised or shocked by a culture, language, or belief when you’ve only experienced 5-10% of the world? What did you expect from places you’ve never been?

Honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at the 39th Annual MLK Day Celebration hosted by Ordway Center! I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to volunteer as an usher for this inspiring event.

Why do hearing people panic when someone communicates in a language without sound? Is it discomfort with the unfamiliar, or a reflection of how society centers spoken language as the default?

Living with ADHD often means forgetting small, everyday tasks. For example, I once put toothpaste on my toothbrush, got distracted, left for work, and came back hours later to find the toothbrush still untouched on the sink. I had completely forgotten what I was doing. #ADHD #DailyLife
