Even “abebooks.com” — the most comprehensive site for used and rare/antiquarian books — is now owned by Amazon. But, each book is sold by actual bookshops (storefront or internet), so one can simply contact the seller of any book and circumvent Bezos’ clammy mitts. A small rebellion, but a start. 📚

Biden interest rates will balloon his spend beyond Trumps in 7-10 years at rates he leaves us with. Funny if trump gets rates down and bails Biden out of his real dollar cost deficit including interest.

Not at all. 37 trillion deficit and economy based on printing money. Trump looked frugal by comparison. Inflation and border lost election. Pretending it didn’t will doom Dems.

I’m saying legacy media has issues. Its consumers are an aging population They need to go where the eyeballs are. The win comes in making @bsky.app that platform. People here can conform to whatever media they want and exclude what they don’t want.
