It only took Ron Desantis and Chris Rufo two years to wreck this once outstanding college. It was too woke. Had too many LBGT students. So they took it over and wrecked it while enriching their cronies along the way.

There wasn’t any borderline about it. All boxing broadcasts are both tedious and eccentic, but this one was jawdroppingly silly.

Trump wil hate Loper Bright. Agency action thwarted every time. Agency issues rule, affected party sues and finds an advantageous court, court litigates the issue, long trial. Then Appeals. Nothing ever gets done. The whole thing is subject to the court calendar. Scalia loved Chevron Deference.
