This has become increasingly challenging when the human faces no longer move in recognisable ways. I miss diversity in human beauty, the ability of human faces to tell stories with a lip twitch or an eyebrow quirk. I’m not telling people what to do, only saying how this trend affects my work. 2/2

Artemis has what seems like a random collection of skills yet when we are on set it all comes together. Need a backdrop in a tree? Artemis. Need a spear constructed from a toy and a broom? Also Artemis. Need a skilled stylist for the model and sometimes the photographer? Definitely Artemis 3/4

This is a team effort.
Our MUA Mandy is fabulously skilled and does an incredible amount of research on the characters she creates. Skill and dedication is reflected in the details she always includes in the work. I had to make sure I gave her that blind eye just the way she had envisioned it. 2/4

Anyway, go listen to Solana aka SZA’s “Lana”, that is actually a deluxe that is worth an hour and a half of your time.

I can’t even get through one song. All of it is terrible whiny, misogynistic nonsense and I can see why this type of music has been considered by many to be a carbuncle on the backside of hip-hop that needed urgent excision before it caused sepsis in the entire genre.

Every story might not be 100% accurate but there is a lot of smoke in the forest and clearly the common denominator here is Aubrey and his behaviour with matches.

Drake has been a money train for many and people gotta eat. Do with that line what you will.
