I'll start with this: I am very particular about what egregious behavior to vent about. Bullies enjoy causing pain. Pointing out bad behavior is useful, then it's best to move on to action. Languishing in hurt feelings only feeds the egos of bullies. Nothing useful gets accomplished. Won't do it.
