Week 51 - Dragon Quest IX: After finishing DQ1&2 HD, I started up the only entry I never beat. Enjoying it so much more then the first time I played this in 2008 or whenever it was. I remember wanting to sell it and stopped myself after being only offered a dollar. Glad I kept it since it fun.

Week 50 - Metroid Prime Beyond: This week game is the new entry in the Prime series which so far is good but man why the radio buddy. Didn't they watch Gamesack to get a good idea why nobody likes those? Game is very pretty through regardless of that issues.

Week 49 - Ninja Gaiden II: Was in a mood to replay Ninja Gaiden II and while it was tough, I managed to beat it. Still not a fan of the final boss gauntlet, through it better then 1 version of that gimmick.

Week 48 - Super Castlevania: This week entry is the Super Nintendo remake of the original Castlevania. Always loved this game growing up and had a sudden urge to replay it. Still great even if it gets hard toward the end.

Week 47 - Kid Icarus Myth and Monsters: The often forgotten second Kid Icarus entry released on the Gameboy is this week game. I remember enjoying this one a lot when I picked it and Donkey Kong 94 while on vacation back in 2000. Played the later more but this was honestly more fun the NES game.

Week 47 - Kid Icarus Myth and Monsters: The often forgotten second Kid Icarus entry released on the Gameboy is this week game. I remember enjoying this one a lot when I picked it and Donkey Kong 94 while on vacation back in 2000. Played the later more but this was honestly more fun the NES game.
Week 46 - Dragon Quest II HD: I finished the first game replay (it was fun but man it tough at times) and moved on to the second game remake, which I am enjoying much more then the first game remake or even the original. I just hope the Road to Rhone isn't a slog like the original was.

Week 45 - Dragon Quest HD: Now that I beat Pokemon ZA, I moved back the original Dragon Quest game (will return to VIII after these are over) in the new HD remake of it. I am liking it a lot, but man is it hard at times.

Week 43 - Pokemon ZA: I didn't get into the previous Legends entry but I am really enjoying ZA a lot so far. I love the real time combat change and I am so glad you can change your character look in this.

Week 42 - Dragon Quest VIII: Finished DQ7 a few weeks ago (few days before the remaster was announced), and now I am finally going to start up Dragon Quest VIII. This is interesting since I have beat this version before, but it been years so it fun to revisit it. Bet a remaster gets announced now.

Week 42 - Dragon Quest VIII: Finished DQ7 a few weeks ago (few days before the remaster was announced), and now I am finally going to start up Dragon Quest VIII. This is interesting since I have beat this version before, but it been years so it fun to revisit it. Bet a remaster gets announced now.
Week 41 - Final Fantasy Tactics: This week is the newly released remaster of FFT that honestly I like a lot. Yeah it could had more polish on the new graphics and soundtrack, but man I love the new voice acting. Also the new quality of life changes are so much nicer.

Week 40 - Hades: It getting close to October and with the recent release of Hades II, I finally started a serious attempt on completing the original game. So far I got to fourth region before dying, so someday I will beat Hades. I probably wont do the extra runs through.

Week 39 - Legend of Mana: I finished Secret of Mana off today and decided to revisit Legend of Mana...since the Twials of Mana remake is still fresh in my mind. Honestly the remaster looks pretty good using the same settings I used for Final Fantasy IX with the Retrotink 4K.

Week 38 - Secret of Mana: I was in the mood to replay Secret of Mana after finishing Adventure of Mana last week and outside some of the early bosses being a pain to fight (Spikey Tiger), the game is really fun.

Week 37 - Skies of Arcadia Legends: Finished Dragon Quest VII last week so I decided to revisit another long JRPG that I not beat in twenty years, Skies of Arcadia. Looking forward to revisiting this for real...let not talk about the 2020 attempt that I used the exact same boss for the image.

Week 35 - Radiant Historia: I forgot that I picked this up a few years ago when 3DS games weren't super expensive. I had tried the older DS version and didn't get far. Enjoying it a lot more then last time for sure this time.
