In the meantime, can you please DM us with more details about the device you are using to access the app such as the make, model, and operating system version number?

Just to give you an update, we have submitted a ticket to our app developer. In the meantime, you can load money onto your card through the Wave website on a web browser at wave.ripta.com. Then, open up the app on your phone and scan the QR code when boarding.
