Always had an interest in this so I picked it up on a steam sale. Was extremely surprised in how much I got into this, the narrative is woven together really nicely- very heartfelt and suspenseful, felt like I was experiencing a work of art.

people finished it. a lot of the reviews didn't go beyond the first half, but once you actually get to the latter half I feel like that's where most of the critique stems from- that's what happened to me

Yeah, it's gonna be especially bad since they already own a lot of anime/manga related entities. They already own crunchyroll so this purchase would make them more or less into a monopoly

I've made my peace with it at this point, I'll never get into a beta test 😭

It's horrible because even setting aside FromSoft, Kadokawa is a massive distributer of anime/manga related content

Sony already has a massive say in that with Crunchyroll under them, this would just be a monopoly

with how horrible it's been getting, it's not much of a surprise. I'm glad more artists are moving over here as well, that was the main reason I even kept using it
